Management Accountant

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial analysis, business partnering, and management reporting while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts • Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement • Partner with operational teams and clients to provide financial guidance • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships • Prepare management reports and performance dashboards • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies • Support the implementation of innovative technologies and AI-driven solutions • Assist with financial modelling and business case evaluations Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is essential • 1-2 years post-qualification experience preferred (candidates with approximately 5 years' experience will also be considered) • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry would be advantageous • Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Innovative mindset with an interest in AI and process improvement • Strong personality with the confidence to engage at all levels of the business • Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and ability to work independently Apply now!
