Detail: Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Seed Technology, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 7–10 years' experience in maize seed processing or a similar production environment. Proven experience managing a seed processing plant. Strong knowledge of certified seed systems, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Experience with production planning, inventory control, and plant operations. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Computer literate (MS Office).
