- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Seed Technology, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years' experience in maize seed processing or a similar production environment.
- Proven experience managing a seed processing plant.
- Strong knowledge of certified seed systems, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with production planning, inventory control, and plant operations.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
