Requirements
- Must have sound knowledge and experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, ammonia plant, and cellar equipment such as Pasturizers, Pumps, Valve Matrixies, Centrifuges, CIP stations, Sedicanters, Decanters, Filters, etc..
- Trade tested mechanical or electrical artisan or technician
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- N6/National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience
- Have proven verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of plant safety regulations regarding tools and equipment
- Knowledge of all workshop/engineering tools, machines, apparatus and materials
- Computer literate on SAP and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
