Start free — we apply for you →- Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Maintenance SupervisorHospitality to supervise and coordinate preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance activities across guest villas, suites, public areas and associated infrastructure, ensuring a safe, compliant, functional and high-quality hospitality environment that supports exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities Maintenance Operations
- Supervise preventative, planned, corrective and reactive maintenance activities.
- Monitor the condition of facilities and infrastructure and ensure timely repairs.
- Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and work allocation.
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise artisans, technicians, handymen, apprentices and contractors.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to maintenance personnel.
- Monitor performance and ensure work is completed to required standards.
Asset Care and Facilities Management
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance activities.
- Ensure assets are maintained in accordance with maintenance plans and manufacturer specifications.
- Support refurbishment and renovation projects.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct room and facility inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure maintenance work meets hospitality and guest service standards.
Contractor and Project Management
- Coordinate contractors and service providers on site.
- Monitor contractor performance, quality of workmanship and compliance requirements.
- Support project planning, execution and completion.
SHEQ Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, Environment and Quality requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Promote safe working practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Cost Control and Administration
- Monitor maintenance-related costs and resource utilization.
- Assist with budgeting, stock control and procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and documentation.

Qualifications Education
- Trade Qualification or Technical Certificate in a relevant engineering or maintenance discipline.
Certifications
- Valid Driver's Licence.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years' maintenance experience.
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience.
- Hospitality, resort, hotel or facilities management experience.
- Experience supervising multi-disciplinary maintenance teams and contractors.
