Start free — we apply for you →Job Title: Maintenance & Site Manager Start Date: 2026-05-06 - 2026-08-14 Vacancy Type: Permanent CPT002228 Sectors: Property Location: Western Cape , Somerset West Salary: Brief: Our client, a prestigious estate in the Helderberg area, is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and gardening operations while leading a dedicated team to ensure the estate is maintained to the highest standards. Detail: Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Technical Diploma advantageous Valid driver's licence and reliable own transport essential Reside within close proximity to the Helderberg area Previous supervisory/management experience in a similar role Minimum 3 years' experience in general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing and general repairs) Minimum 3 years' experience with garden maintenance and irrigation systems Computer literate (MS Office) Fluent in English and Afrikaans (isiXhosa advantageous) Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the maintenance and gardening teams Plan, prioritise and inspect maintenance work Perform general building, equipment and irrigation repairs Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks Manage tools, stock and procurement Liaise with contractors and the Estate Manager Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Be available after hours for emergency maintenance when required Please note: All appointments are subject to criminal, credit & reference checks.
