This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and develop high-performing maintenance teams. Detail: Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence. Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure maximum plant uptime and equipment reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and plant performance. Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support manufacturing objectives. Monitor equipment performance and implement root cause analysis to reduce recurring breakdowns. Manage contractors and external service providers where required. Minimum Requirements Relevant Engineering or Technical qualification. Minimum 5 years' maintenance management experience within an FMCG (Food) manufacturing environment. Proven experience leading and developing maintenance teams. Solid understanding of food safety and health & safety standards. Computer literacy and experience with maintenance management systems will be advantageous. show more...
