- Manage a Team of Technicians
- Coordinate with other Departments for Facility Needs
Requirements
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
- National Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Engineering or a Related field
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in FACILITIES OR BUILDING MANAGEMENT
- Experience Managing Office Buildings, Commercial Properties OR Corporate Facilities
- Experience Managing Contractors & Service Providers
- Computer Literate
