The role focuses on preventative maintenance planning, team leadership, project coordination, budget management, and ensuring optimal equipment reliability and facility performance.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Maintenance Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance management and planning
- Minimum 1 year's hands-on maintenance or trade experience
- Packhouse or agricultural industry experience advantageous
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programmes and maintenance budgets
- Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems CMMS
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Project management and team leadership experience
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
