- Continuous optimization and analyses of the Processing plant preventative maintenance
- Assisting with preventative scheduling, task lists, reports and analyses to optimize plant
- Optimizing stock control of all engineering parts.
- Contract management, planning, control and implementation of capital projects.
- Assisting in compiling of annual maintenance budget and control.
- Implementation & maintenance of sustainable projects on site that will improve plant running costs per unit.
- Daily interaction with various departmental & inter-group role players at management level.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements
- Must have a technical tertiary qualification preferably in the electrical field with a "Certificate of Competency for Factories" or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Must be able to work overtime & on weekends when necessary.
- Experience in a Poultry Plant or FMCG plant will be to your advantage.
- Knowledge of the 20 Keys Program will be an added advantage.
