The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual intervention, and ensuring stable batch processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support automation platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and scheduling processes.
- Design automated monitoring and recovery procedures.
- Implement workload scheduling standards.
- Troubleshoot production scheduling and automation issues.
- Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
- Drive process optimization initiatives.
- Maintain automation documentation and standards.
Required Experience
- 5–10+ years in mainframe operations or systems programming.
- 3–5+ years working with enterprise automation solutions.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
