Execute daily dispatch preparation by reviewing dispatch requirements, preparing products for loading, updating the magazine register, and completing the necessary administrative tasks. Support correct loading operations by verifying product type and quantities, assisting in the physical loading onto vehicles, and finalizing administrative documentation within set timelines. Conduct daily stock counts, update the magazine stock register, and follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices to prevent product expiration and maintain inventory accuracy. Organise and store materials in designated areas, ensuring secure and accessible placement while keeping records up to date. Provide general administrative assistance by receiving instructions, interpreting task requirements, executing tasks efficiently, and reporting on progress or issues as needed. Operate forklifts safely and effectively to load and unload materials from trucks and bakkies, while performing routine equipment checks to meet safety standards. Handle loading and offloading tasks in compliance with safety protocols and loading diagrams, ensuring product integrity during handling and transport. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock takes, promptly report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor, and assist in stock organisation. Communicate clearly with customers regarding deliveries and address any queries or issues to ensure service satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to support smooth warehouse and dispatch operations and resolve operational concerns. Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and participate in safety training to uphold a secure working environment. Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors to prevent risk or recurrence. Complete documentation for inventory movements, customer deliveries, and shipping and receiving processes accurately and promptly. Ensure effective implementation of SHE by delivering comprehensive training, completing training programs, and addressing any identified gaps or non-compliance. Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by facilitating regular communication, exchanging feedback, and supporting collaboration. Contribute to the team by actively participating in team events, identifying areas where support is needed, and providing the necessary assistance.
