The role ensures efficient production planning, machine utilisation, quality compliance, and team supervision while driving productivity, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Grade 12 plus relevant trade qualification and/or tertiary qualification
- 10+ years' manufacturing/production experience post trade test
- Minimum 5 years' management experience
- Strong CNC machining knowledge milling and turning
- Competent in Mastercam and G-code programming
- Experience in production planning and workshop management
- Strong understanding of OHSA and safety compliance
- Computer literate MS Office
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
