Detail: Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 2 years' experience operating production/manufacturing machinery. Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG will be advantageous. Experience in wrapping or packaging products. Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Good understanding of production processes. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery. Perform machine start-up and shut-down procedures. Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production. Identify and report machine faults or production issues. Conduct basic preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks. Ensure production targets are met. Wrap and package finished products according to company standards. Inspect products for quality before packaging. Label and prepare products for dispatch. Maintain cleanliness of packaging stations. Ensure correct product quantities and packaging specifications. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
