Ideal candidate profile Minimum requirements
- The ideal candidate should have Grade 12 with reading and writing skills.
- Technical background will serve as a recommendation
- The ideal candidate with experience in the Pasta processes will enjoy preference.
- Clean criminal record
- Medically fit
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pasta machines and related equipment.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and product quality.
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
- Monitor product output and ensure consistency with quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment PPE.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or unusual product issues.
- Work collaboratively with the pasta team to meet daily targets.
- Clean and maintain work areas to meet hygiene and safety standards.
