What you'll bring
- 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, and Microsoft Purview
- Hands-on experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz for tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Comfort managing domain migrations, DNS updates, and registrar transfers
- Solid PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting
- Experience with email journaling, DLP, retention policies, and eDiscovery
- Bonus: MS-203, MS-700, SC-400 or related Microsoft certifications; hybrid Exchange and Entra ID / conditional access experience
