Our client is seeking an outgoing, persuasive and highly competitive Sales Executive to join their prestigious luxury vehicle dealership in Fourways, acting as the main link between the brand and its discerning clientele!
- Location: Fourways, Gauteng
- Salary: R12,000 + Commission
Essential Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate (essential)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the motor industry (essential)
- Good computer literacy and CRM proficiency
Essential Experience
- 3+ years in automotive/motor industry sales
- Full sales cycle management including quotas and targets
- Showroom floor and online customer sales experience
- CRM system management and customer record keeping
- Basic understanding of vehicle financing, leasing and insurance options
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to showroom and telephone customer queries timeously
- Prospect new customers and follow up on referrals
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and gather client feedback
- Support existing clients with service-related requirements
- Prepare vehicles for timeous delivery
- Conduct after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal close
- Handle price discussions, trade-ins and deal terms professionally
- Manage customer leads and update CRM records accurately
- Complete all administrative tasks within deadlines
- Collaborate across departments for a seamless client experience
