On the sales side, this person will own agent-stay requests start to finish, keep the CRM and follow-up tasks up to date, distribute rates to contracted agents, support STO (Suppliers/Travel Operators) application and onboarding workflow, and keep booking and distribution platforms current with the latest imagery and content. On the reservations side, the role covers generating quotes, making bookings, and confirming reservations, with all guest requirements (transfers, dietary needs and more) captured accurately and communicated clearly to the lodge. This is a varied, detail-driven role suited to someone equally comfortable on the phone with a guest as they are managing a spreadsheet of agent tiers. Familiarity with distribution and content platforms such as WETU, Trip Clips and Safari Portal will be built on the job. The role also includes light, consistent CRM administration (logging agent stay details and setting follow-up tasks) and involvement in the STO onboarding workflow (sending application forms and resource packs, working from an agreed tiering sheet), with the expectation of being able to step in on this process when needed. Qualifications and Experience: Experience with a booking system such as Semper or Nightsbridge is an advantage, though not essential — full training will be provided. Knowledge of OTAs such as Booking.com and Expedia is an advantage, though not essential. Experience within the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred. Strong problem-solving ability and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service. Accurate and detail-orientated, particularly when capturing guest requirements such as transfers and dietary needs. A team player who is also able to work independently once trained. Willing and able to learn on the job, with the expectation of knowing the product within three months and working independently on the booking system within one month.
