Job Title: Luxury Driver Start Date: 2026-07-24 - 2026-08-23 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB003286 Sectors: Logistics, Warehouse & Freight Location: Western Cape , Hout Bay Salary: (Market related) Brief: The Luxury Driver is responsible for providing safe, professional, and discreet transportation services to hotel guests while delivering an exceptional luxury hospitality experience. The role requires outstanding customer service, impeccable driving skills, extensive knowledge of local attractions and routes, and the ability to represent the hotel's brand with professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for hotel guests. Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage during arrivals and departures. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel's luxury service standards. Plan the most efficient travel routes while considering traffic and weather conditions. Maintain detailed knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, shopping centres, airports, and tourist destinations. Offer recommendations and local information when requested by guests. Conduct daily vehicle inspections before each shift. Ensure all vehicles are immaculately clean, fuelled, and maintained at all times. Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately. Coordinate guest transportation schedules with the Front Office and Concierge teams. Monitor flight schedules when transporting airport arrivals and departures. Assist with VIP arrivals, special events, and executive transfers. Ensure guest safety throughout every journey. Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage records, and fuel usage reports. Comply with all traffic laws and hotel policies. Support other guest service operations when transportation duties are complete. Maintain confidentiality regarding VIP guests and hotel operations. Present a polished and professional appearance at all times.
