The family is a warm, busy professional household with three boys aged almost 2, 5 and 6 years old.
Both parents work demanding jobs close to home, and one parent travels often at short notice. The household already has a live-in nanny and a domestic worker, and the boys' grandparents who live nearby have been closely involved.
Service Provider Required: Afternoon Au Pair / Governess Placement Type: Long Term Address: Houghton, Johannesburg Start Date: 4 January 2027 Hours of Work Required: Monday - Friday: 12h00 – 18h00 (The evening will end in general between 17h00 and 18h00)
Salary: negotiable from R 16 000+ per month negotiable
Requirements: * Mature and 5+ years of relevant experience * Calm, patient and confident with children who have strong personalities. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, comfortable with Johannesburg traffic and school pick-up routines. * Own transport required * Reliable, punctual and flexible when plans change at short notice. * Good communicator, fluent in English. * Active and happy to join in with sport and outdoor play. * Non-smoker. * Pediatric first aid certification * Able to work well with other household staff.
