Logistics / Transport Operations Administrator - NUTRIBLEND (Moorreesburg)

Introduction

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics / Transport Operations Administrator to join our operations team at Nutriblend in Moorreesburg.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure transport bookings, load movements, documentation and permits are coordinated accurately and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

Transport Bookings & Coordination

Capture and coordinate transport bookings accurately.

Assist with the daily administration of transport movements and support the team to keep loads moving smoothly.

Ensure permits are issued and collected on time for all freight loads.

Documentation & Record-Keeping

Manage loading and offloading information accurately and on time.

Check delivery, loading, and transport documentation thoroughly.

Communication & Support

Maintain clear, confident communication with drivers and other operational team members.

Assist the Production / Operational Manager where and when needed.

Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in transport, logistics or operations administration.

Previous experience with load bookings, transport documentation and logistics coordination.

Computer literacy and proficiency in administrative record-keeping.

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to use a company vehicle when required.
