Job Title: LOGISTICS SAFETY MANAGER (NGODWANA) Start Date: 2026-07-17 - 2026-08-16 Vacancy Type: Permanent NEL012853 Sectors: Engineering, Mining and Civil Logistics, Warehouse Fleet and Distribution Location: Mpumalanga , Ngodwana Salary: Brief: We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Safety Manager to oversee health, safety, and compliance across a fast‑paced transportation environment. This role requires a strong background in safety management, with the ability to implement and enforce policies across multiple sites. Detail: Minimum Education & Qualifications & Experience National Diploma or Degree in Safety Management or any equivalent NQF Level 5+ qualifications 2 – 5 years of practical health and safety experience, preferably in fast passed transportation environment, across multiple sites Experience in developing, implementing and ensuring compliance with Policies and Procedures A valid driver's license and the ability to work away from home when required Specialised Industry Knowledge HIRA – Expertise in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments, safety inspections, audits and incident investigations and root cause analysis Fleet Safety – Understanding transportation regulations, fatigue management. Experience with Road Transport Management System (RTMS) compliance advantageous Legislative Compliance - Strong ability to achieve and substance legislative compliance, in-depth knowledge of local occupational health and safety legislation and compliance requirements Personal attributes Self-motivated, punctual and dependable with ability to work under pressure with high level attention to detail and deadline driven. Administratively strong, with a good command of English written and oral communication Ability to manage culturally diverse people.
