Logistics Manager

Lead and optimise PAXI’s end-to-end parcel network by overseeing parcel delivery & collection to achieve peak operational efficiency, service excellence, and cost performance, while building high-impact stakeholder relationships to deliver a seamless customer experience. Drive end-to-end operational execution across merchants, couriers, and retail store points to ensure seamless parcel induction, tracking, and counter-to-counter and counter-to-home fulfilment. Key Responsibilities Direct seamless parcel induction, pickup, and delivery processes across merchants, couriers, and retail locations, maintaining high in-store scanning compliance to eliminate aging, uncollected stock. Manage and establish rigorous SLA governance, holding logistics providers to service agreements through structured monthly performance reviews. Coordinate operational partnerships with group brands to enforce standard operating procedures, ensure exceptional service standards, and meet target parcel volumes. Manage the complete tracking, processing, and timely resolution of Goods-in-Transit (GIT) claims Identify and managing of claims from couriers with significant hub losses and hi-jacked parcels to ensure minimal losses for PAXI clients Optimise retail drop-off, collection, and return operations using ongoing process reviews and time-and-motion studies to reduce counter wait times.
