We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to take full ownership of high-volume bulk road freight operations, moving 60,000–100,000 MT per month across the steel & mining sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage end-to-end logistics from mill to customer
* Coordinate production, stock readiness & dispatch planning
* Manage cross-border road freight operations
* Drive daily, weekly & monthly tonnage targets
* Oversee loading, offloading & border-crossing efficiency
* Manage transporter relationships & fleet utilisation
* Lead & develop a team of 4 Logistics Coordinators
* Resolve operational disruptions in real time
* Drive accurate reporting, KPIs & performance tracking

Desired Experience & Qualification
IDEAL CANDIDATE
5–10 years’ logistics / supply chain experience
Strong bulk road freight experience
Cross-border logistics exposure – advantageous
Proven team leadership experience
Exceptional planning & problem-solving ability
Strong commercial & operational decision-making skills
Able to perform under pressure and manage high-volume operations ⚡
