The role ensures smooth day-to-day logistics and operational efficiency, supporting the company's specialised chemical solutions business and related entities. Detail: Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics or similar Minimum 2 years' experience managing stock records and basic operational documentation Experience with import/export documentation is advantageous Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and communicate effectively Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information while coordinating logistics and administrative tasks across the business Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel and Word) Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing import and export documentation. Handling collection and delivery notes. Overseeing stock management and maintaining accurate stock records. Assisting with production reporting. Coordinating miscellaneous purchasing and ordering. Supporting basic property management administration. Liaising with service providers where required. Maintaining organised operational documentation and filing systems related to logistics and stock. Coordinating the timely movement of goods and related administrative processes. Supporting overall operational efficiency by ensuring accurate records and effective communication with internal teams and external parties.
