Required Qualifications: Matric / National Senior Certificate. Logistics, supply chain, maritime studies, or freight forwarding qualification preferred 5+ years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or maritime operations. 2+ years in a coordination/control role with cost accountability. ShipShape experience preferred. CargoWise or similar logistics systems. Advanced Excel skills. Detail: Technical Competencies & Experience: Manage daily operational dashboards, ensuring system records align with actual execution and resolving discrepancies quickly. Maintain operational discipline by ensuring accurate job statuses, movements, and reporting across teams. Monitor risks such as delays, demurrage, and additional costs, escalating issues and driving timely resolution. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain service levels. Validate rates, charges, and operational data to support cost control, cashflow, and accurate financial reporting.
