Please note that this is a 6-month temporary (maternity cover) position. Requirements:
- Relevant Degree (minimum)
- Knowledge of Export Documentation / Legislative framework
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- French Fluency is a must
The Role
- Process shipping and invoice instructions daily
- Ensure the accuracy of freight costs on invoices
- Manage all ageing stock at the warehouse
- Primary point of contact with freight forwarders and logistics agents
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors
- Analyse monthly reports and communicate lead time variances to the sales team
- Run logistics reports (sales, lead times, loading schedules)
- Complete the Monthly Freight Forwarder provisions.
- Letters of Credit
- Quarterly review of target lead times
- Conduct bi-annual analysis and review of logistics freight costs.
