Are you an experienced warehouse and cold store professional with a passion for operational excellence, team leadership, and supply chain efficiency? We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic operation and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of operational activities.

Duties & Responsibilities
As the Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for
- Coordinating and monitoring daily warehouse and cold store operations
- Supervising teams to ensure productivity and performance targets are achieved
- Managing staffing requirements based on operational demands
- Ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and industry regulations
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and dispatch activities
- Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse management system (WMS) records
- Monitoring equipment condition and reporting maintenance requirements
- Driving adherence to operational procedures and work instructions
- Providing operational reporting and identifying solutions to bottlenecks
Desired Experience & Qualification
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within cold store and warehouse operations
- Proven people management experience
- Experience managing KPIs and performance management
- Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse processes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
