- Proven experience in warehouse administration, stock control or logistics tracking (experience in fresh produce or cold chain logistics highly advantageous)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (data entry, formulas, sheet formatting)
- Inbound and Recieving Administration
- Stock Management and Production Control
- Daily reporting , production processing, system optimization
- Account Management and Liason
- Cross- Functional Coordination
- Financial Alignment, ensure all administrative records are error free so that invoices are accurate without delays
