Someone who can manage the full scope of a compact, intimate camp with professionalism and warmth. Core Criteria: Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or Assistant Lodge Manager in a luxury safari environment Valid driver's licence essential Strong leadership, guest relations and operational skills Experience managing a small team in a remote bush setting Sound understanding of stock control, administration and day-to-day lodge management Calm under pressure, reliable, and highly self-motivated Core Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of daily lodge operations to the highest standard Lead, mentor, and motivate a small front-of-house team Oversee guest relations from pre-arrival through to departure Maintain and uphold service, presentation, and hospitality standards throughout Manage stock control, ordering, and basic administrative functions Liaise with management and relevant departments to ensure seamless camp operations Ensure the property is maintained and presented impeccably at all times On Offer: Salary: R15,000 - R18,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience Live-in position: accommodation and meals on duty included Gratuities received show more...
