• RSA ID and legal residence essential • Proven experience in a senior lodge management or General Manager position • Luxury lodge or 5 Star hospitality experience advantageous • Strong leadership and staff management skills • Excellent guest relations and communication abilities • Strong operational and administrative skills • Financial and cost control experience • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the property • Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail • Computer literate KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the lodge • Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards • Lead, manage, and develop the lodge team • Oversee operational administration, stock, purchasing, and cost control • Manage guest relations and ensure personalised guest experiences • Monitor property standards, maintenance, and presentation • Manage staff schedules and operational requirements • Liaise with management and suppliers as required • Ensure the lodge operates efficiently and professionally at all times PACKAGE:
• R30,000 per month (DOE) • Live-in accommodation provided LOCATION: Hoedspruit Limpopo
