- Direct and manage local market and branch resources to deliver on business and growth objectives
- Identify and leverage revenue growth opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Promote customer loyalty by delivering a consistently superior customer experience
- Identify, attract, and grow relationships with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers
- Provide appropriate, needs based banking solutions to prospective and existing clients across the business
- Build brand awareness and presence in the local market to increase visibility and sales opportunities
- Contribute to the development of budgets aligned to operational delivery plans
- Monitor budget effectiveness and report on variances and improvement opportunities
- Apply innovative thinking and develop new insights to drive organisational and operational improvements
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Build collaborative relationships across the FirstRand Group to enhance delivery, innovation, and scale
- Work across teams and functional lines to strengthen collaboration and execution

- Manage people by executing leadership and management responsibilities effectively

Qualification & Experience Requirement
- Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate
- Preferred Qualification: Undergraduate Diploma NQF Level 6 qualification in Banking, Business Management, or related fields
- 4 – 5 years of experience in client relationship management within a retail banking or financial services environment
