Requirements
- Grade 12. A minimum qualification of Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Development Studies / Commerce or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 02 - 03 years relevant experience. A valid driver's license.
Computer literacy
- MS Office.
Purpose of the Job
- Facilitates the establishment and strengthening of a vibrant and sustainable co-operatives movement in the municipality that will result in employment opportunities. Coordinates the development, application, and review of the LED Strategy of the municipality. Planning, coordinating, and evaluating all SMMEs economic development activities in the municipality. Assessing and evaluating LED projects proposals and applications. Provides LED support and administrative assistance, including training. Attends to the implementation of specific policies and procedures for LED implementation.
