You will receive regular supervision and day-to-day support from your line manager. It is essential to be organised and compliant, while also demonstrating the ability to use your own initiative.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations effectively.
- Resolve disputes relating to liability.
- Resolve disputes concerning quantum.
- Proactively suggest ideas for improvements and appreciate the value of diverse working methods.
- Prioritise tasks, create clear plans, meet targets, and manage workload to fulfil client needs.
- Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- LLB degree.
- Ability to interpret and input data accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated initiative.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- No articles of clerkship or attorney admission required.
- Legal experience is advantageous.
