REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial lighting applications, fittings and LED solutions

• Confidence in advising clients on the best lighting choices for different spaces and design styles

• Valid SA driving license and reliable transport

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Minimum 3 years experience in lighting sales, lighting design consultation or decorative lighting retail

• Training will be given on POS, CRM and quotation systems

DUTIES

• Assist showroom customers with selecting decorative, architectural and functional lighting solutions

• Visit client sites to assess spaces and recommend lighting that complements the layout, purpose and design of each project

• Advise on ambient, task and accent lighting, energy-efficient options and suitable product combinations

• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into sales

• Build lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, electricians and repeat clients

• Maintain an inviting and well-presented showroom display
