Light Driver / General Worker

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and hardworking individual to join our team as a Light Driver / General Worker The successful candidate will assist with company deliveries and collections when required, as well as general maintenance, minor repairs and day-to-day factory support. Key Responsibilities • Perform customer deliveries and supplier collections when required. • Carry out general handyman duties and minor repairs around the factory, offices and premises. • Assist with basic maintenance, painting, plumbing repairs and general upkeep. • Maintain and organise tools, equipment and storage areas. • Assist with loading, offloading and moving stock when necessary. • Keep the factory, yard and work areas clean, tidy and safe. • Conduct basic vehicle checks and keep the company vehicle clean. • Report maintenance issues and any vehicle defects to management. • Follow company health and safety procedures. Minimum Requirements • Valid Code B / Code 8 driver's license & PrDP. • Own phone with Google Maps. • 5 Year experience as driver and/or handyman experience will be an advantage. • Basic knowledge of tools and minor repairs. • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. • Reliable, punctual, honest and willing to assist where needed. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Physically fit to perform general manual duties.
