Detail: Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences. Design, quote, and sell customised travel packages and experiences. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey. Manage customer enquiries, bookings, amendments, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets. Upsell additional travel products and services where appropriate. Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and supplier offerings. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when processing bookings and documentation. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as a Travel Consultant within the travel/tourism industry. Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets. Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a passion for creating memorable travel experiences. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
