• Minimum 3 years' hospitality sales experience • Strong existing client database and industry relationships • Proven track record of sales conversions within the hospitality sector • Strong understanding of hospitality sales and marketing techniques • Established relationships within the leisure travel, tour operator or travel agency market highly advantageous • Proactive approach to identifying and securing new business • Strong negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, target driven and results orientated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong planning and organisational ability • Excellent attention to detail and deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional and well-groomed presentation • Ability to work effectively within a highly pressurised, fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities
