Start free — we apply for you →- Are you an experienced Legal Practitioner looking to take ownership of diverse commercial, fiduciary, and corporate matters? Our client is seeking a sharp, self-motivated professional to provide high-level legal, trust, and estate advisory services across their group.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Corporate Law: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements. Provide legal counsel on contractual and corporate matters while ensuring sound risk management and corporate governance.
- Fiduciary & Estate Planning: Manage trusts registrations, amendments, and administration, draft Wills and Living Wills, and handle deceased estates through to liaison with the Master's Office.
- Company Secretarial: Oversee CIPC compliance, draft company resolutions and MOIs, and handle share transactions.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Independently manage files from instruction to completion while liaising with clients, financial institutions, regulators, and service providers.
Requirements
- LLB degree Admitted Attorney preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in commercial law, trusts, estates, and corporate law.
- Exceptional legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously with high attention to detail.
