• Degree/Diploma in property studies, real estate, business or commerce • 3 years' experience in the commercial property leasing environment Competencies:
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills are essential • Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment • Proficient in both English and Afrikaans • Computer literate in MS Office • Efficient and detail orientated who can work under pressure in a deadline orientated environment. Duties (but not limited to) :
- Negotiations of lease renewals
- Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers
- Check status quo and unique requirements/clauses of lease agreements
- Peruse and prepare lease agreements for signature
- Implement systems and control measures
- Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant/ Landlord relations
- Property Administration.
