Competencies • Problem solving • The ability to manage resources in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract to ensure on time delivery of outputs • Negotiation Skills • The ability to define, scope, plan and execute projects • Results Driven • Risk assessment Experience • At least 5-8 years of letting experience in the Retail sector • Property marketing / real estate background. • Own transport and driver’s license Education • Minimum Finance/Property related qualification/ similar degree, with Estate Agency Board Certification • PPRA Status & Accreditation Internal Liaison • All internal stakeholders External Liaison • Tenants • Contractors • Brokers • Statutory bodies Level of Decision Making • Decision-making is primarily operational and client-focused, with a clear framework provided by policies and market conditions. • Manage day-to-day leasing activities, such as scheduling showings, negotiating lease terms, and closing deals. Level of Problem Solving • Problem-solving focuses on direct interactions with tenants and maintaining leasing efficiency, often requiring quick, practical solutions. • Address tenant concerns or objections during the leasing process, finding solutions to meet their needs while aligning with company goals • Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., maintenance or property management) to address property readiness or tenant satisfaction issues.
