Our client is looking for three (3) Learning Programmes Administrators to join their team on a two-year fixed-term contract.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Learning Programmes environment, including maintaining project documentation, learner information, project plans, reports, payments, reconciliations and logistical arrangements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing, maintaining and archiving project files.
  • Maintenance of project learner lists.
  • Maintenance of Project Plans.
  • Ensuring all project learners are registered, certified and reported accordingly.
  • Preparation and maintenance of Pre-Monitoring reports.
  • Quality and completeness checking as well as processing project-related payments.
  • Disbursement of learner stipends.
  • Preparation of learner reconciliation schedules for invoices and stipends.
  • Providing administrative support to Learning Programmes Practitioners.
  • Logistical arrangements such as travel, venue hire and refreshments.
  • Support the Discretionary Grant receipt, evaluation and award processes.
  • Ensuring all signatures are obtained for project-related correspondence, including payments and contracts.
  • Preparation and dissemination of meeting packs and minutes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or Matric certificate.
  • Minimum NQF Level 5 tertiary qualification in Business Administration / Management; Office Administration / Management; Project Administration / Management; Public Administration / Management; Administration / Management Assistant; ODETD; or Financial Management .
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant administration experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a project administration environment.
  • Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
