Start free — we apply for you →- Our client, a leading property company, is seeking a proactive and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to join their team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts SMEs, while supporting learning adoption within a fast-paced project environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on L&D professional with strong facilitation, LMS administration, and digital learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis aligned to business and project requirements
- Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning content
- Create learner guides, training material, and quick reference tools
- Facilitate training sessions and ongoing refresher workshops
- Support change adoption initiatives during system and process roll outs
- Manage LMS administration, reporting, and learner tracking
- Continuously improve learning content and delivery methods
Requirements Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma NQF Level 6 in HR, Training & Development, Education, or related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Learning & Development
- Experience with LMS administration and digital learning tools
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Canva, Scribe, and LMS platforms
Advantageous
- Bachelor's Degree NQF Level 7
- ETDP Facilitator Accreditation
- Exposure to change management methodologies such as Prosci
