About the Opportunity

• We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Learner Branch Marketer to join our VKB Retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and selling irrigation and related products, maintaining stock availability, assisting customers, and ensuring effective stock control within the store environment.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.

Essential Experience

• Experience in a retail, sales, customer service, or related environment will be advantageous.

• 1–3 years' irrigation experience will be advantageous.

• Clear criminal record.

• 1 – 3 years irrigation experience quoting, advising, layout etc.

• Preferably residing in or around Letsitele.

• Other experience in the agriculture industry an advantage as well as basic knowledge of animal feeds.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.

Stock Management

• Manage stock effectively to ensure continuous product availability.

• Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as required.

• Support accurate stock control and inventory management processes.

Merchandising and Store Standards

• Merchandise products according to company standards.

• Maintain clean, neat, and organised display areas.

• Ensure the store environment remains professional, welcoming, and safe.

Operational Support

• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Contribute to the achievement of team and store objectives.
