This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients while generating high-quality sales opportunities for the business. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and booking appointments for the sales team. Detail: Responsibilities: Sales of insurance packages to potential clients. Achievement of sales targets and objectives. Adherence to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk. Adapt and change to meet evolving business operational requirements. Resolve complaints and objections. Minimum Requirements: Matric. At least 3 years' experience within a Sales Outbound Call Centre. Fluency in English and one other South African official language. Financial services experience. Ability to work overtime. Hours: Willing and available to work overtime as and when required by the business Monday- Friday 08:15-16:15 (normal office hours) Wednesdays 11:00 – 19:00 (normal office hours) Marathons run from 08:15 -19:00 If overtime is required by the business it will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:15 -19:00 show more...
