Drive IT strategy, technology delivery, governance, and operational excellence while partnering with executive leadership to achieve business objectives
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar senior IT leadership role
- Strong IT strategy development and execution experience
- Experience managing complex environments with automation and system integrations
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at MANCO and EXCO level
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, architecture, integrations, and cloud environments
- Experience leading enterprise technology delivery initiatives
- Vendor, service provider, and IT budget management expertise
- Knowledge of cyber security, disaster recovery, risk management, and governance frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Passion for driving efficiencies, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field
- Experience within a regulated financial services environment advantageous
- Experience with data governance and information management frameworks advantageous
- Experience managing technology investments and cost optimisation initiatives advantageous
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams advantageous
