Purpose
The Lead Warmer holds an administrative position dedicated to supporting the sales team through the management and scheduling of client appointments. The primary focus of the role is contacting prospective clients, warming up leads, and ensuring seamless appointment coordination for Sales Consultants. By managing these logistics, the Lead Warmer optimizes the sales workflow, allowing Sales Consultants to concentrate on closing sales and offering value-added services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Warming and Scheduling: The incumbent contacts potential clients by phone to arrange appointments for Sales Consultants. They coordinate booking times based on client preferences and consultant availability, followed by confirmation calls and reminders.
Administrative Support: The individual updates and maintains accurate client profiles and scheduling details within the CRM system. They produce daily reports detailing scheduled meetings and client interactions for the sales team, while assisting with broader sales-related administrative duties as required.
Client Interaction: The role involves managing scheduling inquiries with professionalism and resolving any calendar conflicts or customer concerns efficiently.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Matric certification.
