- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- 10+ years' experience building full-stack web applications
- 3+ years in a Lead or Senior Engineering role
- Strong experience with:
- .NET/C#, Node.js, or Java
- Angular, React, Next.js, Vue, or Svelte
- TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS3
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Azure and/or AWS
- Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Cloud, AI/LLM integration, and relevant certifications are advantageous.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions
- Lead architecture and technology decisions
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and DevSecOps standards
- Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers
- Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Champion modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering and automation.
