The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and excel in cross-selling and upselling products and services. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and secure new business opportunities through outbound telephonic engagement. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, focusing on cross-selling and upselling office automation products. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective and existing customers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using appropriate administrative tools. Ensure a professional and customer-centric approach in all communications. Temperament Requirements: Patient and resilient in engaging customers. Highly disciplined and goal-oriented. Consistent, punctual, and able to handle rejections professionally. Comfortable and enthusiastic about finding business opportunities over the telephone. Detail: Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Office Automation industry (non-negotiable). Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers. Strong administrative skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
