To support this expansion, they are seeking a Lead EC&I Engineer who thrives in a young, dynamic, fast‑paced, high‑performance environment where innovation, teamwork and technical excellence are part of the culture. If you're driven, solutions‑focused, and ready to lead EC&I engineering across complex, multidisciplinary projects, this is your next big move. Detail: As the Lead EC&I Engineer, you will take ownership of the full electrical, control and instrumentation scope across greenfield and brownfield projects: Lead EC&I design across MCCs, VSDs, transformers, MV/LV distribution, switchgear and instrumentation systems. Develop and review control philosophies, FDS, P&IDs, loop diagrams, I/O lists, cause & effect matrices and network architectures. Drive PLC/SCADA/DCS development using Siemens PCS7, WinCC, S7/TIA Portal, Rockwell PlantPAx and Yokogawa Centum VP. Manage EC&I packages, vendor interfaces, FAT/SAT, QA/QC and technical compliance. Oversee site installation, contractor management, commissioning and plant start‑up. Optimise plant reliability, automation performance and energy efficiency. Collaborate with process, mechanical, civil and project management teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions. What You Bring BTech / Degree in Electrical Engineering 7–12 years EC&I experience in mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial environments. Strong experience with Siemens PCS7, WinCC, S7/TIA Portal; Rockwell Proven experience leading EC&I packages, commissioning and automation integration. Strong understanding of MV/LV distribution, MCCs, VSDs, transformers, instrumentation and industrial networks. A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
